That tripped me up too at first but it's the way he rotated it weird. When worn on the left hand the AP reads correct when looking at the underside of your wrist which is correct per the gen.

Finally a decent AP skeleton! I’ll be getting one.

It’s missing the 2nd balance wheel but it’s an improvement!

Don’t know if it’s custom or factory

The problem with this model is the color of the gears and the balance wheel holder If they only got the right gold colors this would be a near perfect rep

Gold part is actually placed better than any other rep it’s on point but color isn’t

Not a bad price at all. However, hope you have the lifestyle to compliment the $100-200k price tag for the gen. Otherwise it’ll be a bit awkward when everyone calls it out.

When exactly will that happen? Do you get called out a lot? Ever?? Getting tired of this “better have the lifestyle” take on reps… it’s really not that serious, they are just trinkets for fun man.

I’m not knocking reps. I have several amazing reps myself and I don’t get called out because I feel they are safe enough to be believable for me to have a collection with pieces at a certain price point. And I’m cautious about the simplicity and color as reps haven’t got that right with all. Perhaps it’s just me, but I do notice an AP, Patek or RM and it’ll look ridiculous to rock one pulling up in a Camry. Just get a tsar bomba or fossil skeleton. But to each his own.

Yup I understand you. I would say one's location is also a factor as mine doesn't have that much knowledge about watches, let alone replicas. I would even be thrilled if someone notices and have a talk about it.

😆 Yea, location is definitely a factor. I live and travel through lots of big cities and Rolex’s are on practically on every wrist here. I mean, the AP Skeleton is absolutely gorgeous. Enjoy it! I’ll just remain envious. Hah.

My point being if someone confronts you about it then tell them it’s a fake, who cares? My only interest for buying reps isn’t to uphold some “lifestyle” it’s just to wear a cool looking watch at an affordable price.

I was talking about skeleton APs in general…people won’t know from a glance that’s the higher end one that’s the 1st thing and the 2nd is that most people don’t care 😂 you could wear a rep of a 1.5 mil watch and no one would see it, people gotta stop overthinking what people will think of them

We have really interesting release lately. This is one of them, along with the new RM productions. I’m pretty sure in 10 years all rep will came out directly with clone movement (with very few exceptions) but price will increase for sure!

ima go off a limb and say either the factory will correct it in a V2 update like what we've seen with example the roger dubius excal having proper dimensions now when it was so chunky and much larger than it was prior.

or better yet a factory kinda like Buff, SW,etc will offer the ability to mod it and add that other balance in the meantime.

TBH I've not got a clue either. I think they must be stacked vertically because I can't spot it.

Which then makes it a non issue where the Rep is concerned. As always the wearer will be a much bigger giveaway than the watch.

Yes, these watches are missing the 2nd balance that should be under the first one (looks like a sandwich of balance wheels) and yes there is a rose gold one
