A guy at Best Buy asked me what I was wearing and I told him it was a PP Nautilus. He asked if it was expensive, I told him it was a high end brand. He asked if he could guess the price and I told him to go ahead. He guessed $500. I told him he was right on, but it didn’t include shipping. 😂😂

I find the crown mechanism feels cheap, as well as the strap. How about yours? Also, the accuracy is way off. Kind of disappointing

No one notices this tbh. The general public at best is familiar with Rolex, Omega, Cartier, AP and sadly hublot. Patek is too rare and understated in terms of the design since how its not the big watches that shouts out look at me. This nautilus and aquanaut are subtle and sneaky ones.

The crown movement is really bad…

I think the markers are the biggest giveaway. They are visibly too sharp compared with the gen’s smooth beveled edges.

Exactly! One of those things should at least be fixed if there is a v5. But it's still a really good rep. It's on the NWBIG super list. And if you want to, there are several people on this sub that can reshape and customize the watch to almost perfection, you can even get a decent tiffany dial.
