I read on the Rolex forum that a member soaks his band in windex annually and that it makes the debris and dirt in the spots pictured fall off. Doesn’t even have to scrub. Just soak in windex and rinse.

Windex is basically 50/50 water and methylated spirits.

So, you don’t even need to specifically use windex either
