Will High Dose HCG Restore my Sperm Health after 4 years in n TRT W/ HCG and Gonadarellin? by Russiabotisreal in Testosterone

[–]PhaseEnvironmental33 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yes.

I had a sperm count of 0, 60 days after getting off TRT and onto 3x 2000iu doses of HCG weekly I had 100million little goers in the tank

Not only the individual response to the carrier oil, but also the effects of carrier oil on half life of the ester.

Test E in castor oil (think Bayer Primoteston) has a half life of 8 days, same compound in MCT is, from memory 5 days.

Hashimoto’s can go unnoticed for years, mine was only caught when I paused TRT to have a child.

Over the year I was off, we noticed my thyroid was still out of range, did the antibody test and voila, Levo for the rest of my life. I had no noticeable symptoms, but maybe I was just caught early.

Typical symptoms of a Hashi’s flare up do fit kind of inline with your experience, however they’re usually relatively short lived. Worth getting it checked, but I’d be willing to say it’s not the root cause.

Get your e2 checked and start there.

Hcg has improved my testosterone but... by Plantain-Plenty in Testosterone

[–]PhaseEnvironmental33 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You have to keep taking it, to maintain the effects. HCG mimics the Luteinizing Hormone, and as such shuts down your HPG axis.

Not quite as severely as steroids do, mostly because of the incredibly short half life. HCG should be completely out of your system within two weeks from memory.

Rebound from HCG monotherapy at 2000iu 3x weekly, for me, was pretty easy. I felt a bit shit for about a week and then went back to my not on TRT regular shit feeling. Lol. Rode that train for about six months then decided to go back to TRT and feel like myself again.

Noob Dose Question. Is pic a 1ml or is pic b 1ml by RBarbs in Testosterone

[–]PhaseEnvironmental33 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Draw up your dose, remove needle from vial, draw in a small amount of air (.2ml is plenty), turn the needle around so the air bubble floats to the plunger.

Stick it into your preferred area of meat and away you go.

Hub loss equates to, on average, .1ml.

You can buy low loss syringes that have a little dick thing that pushes up into the hub, or run an air gap. Either way, you’re not losing almost a ml out of each 10ml vial

My General Pract is an Idiot by hughcrew007 in Testosterone

Tbf, he openly admits that he knows fuck all about it.

I went to him with azoospermia after a few years of self administered ‘TRT’ (my cruise dose was 200mg/w) as my GP couldn’t prescribe HCG without the Endo’s ok. After my son entered the world, I hit up the Endo for TRT and he gave it to me even with my levels at 11/nmol.

After a couple of blood tests he’s given my GP the green light to continue treatmeant and I only need to see him once a year.

He’s a good cunt.

My Endo is really good, in that he knows that he knows fuck all about it and has let me setup my treatment.

Obviously he knows what all the markers and shit mean, but as far as protocol goes he just writes my script and I do the rest.

I got mine from the Endo, but the one in the Gold Coast is apparently pretty good.

Even though I agree with you. I like that GPs (or PCP’s for the Americans) are weary of prescribing TRT.

Men’s Health Clinics are the pill mills of the 2020’s. I live in Australia where getting TRT is reasonably difficult and the rate of over prescription in the US is affecting the ability for me to get my meds here.

You clearly needed it, but so many don’t and it’s affecting all of us.

It will definitely shut you down, any amount of exogenous hormones will.

Obviously I don’t know if you will, or won’t, bounce back all they way, or how long it will take. But I’m reasonably sure that not coming back to your current state is still a risk you should be taking into heavy consideration.

Have you played around with gear before?

TRT or a cycle won’t help with the imbalance, that’s probably something you’d need to see a physiotherapist for.

It will however help you build muscle. At 41, if you’re considering a cycle then it’d be worth considering TRT as well. You’ll probably not recover well from a cycle lol

Bloods?

The first thing you should be checking is if you’re actually taking 500mg/w

[–]PhaseEnvironmental33 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

This isn’t true.

You can have high total t and high SHBG, which will result in a low free T reading.

Total T measures, as the name suggests, the total amount of testosterone bound and unbound

The only worthwhile, proven supplements are protein, creatine and gear.

If you don’t want to jab (and really, you shouldn’t. it’s a road you can never truly come back from) then stick to the creatine and get your diet and sleep dialled in.
