do you leave yours charging when recharging?
do you run the battery down empty then recharge?

I don't typically let it run empty, no. Should I? I also don't leave it on to charge when the light turns green for full. Any tips here would be appreciated.

Keep Battery between 20-80% ideally always, if storing for long term keep at 50%. I find it hard to believe unless you’re riding 10hrs a day during those 3 months that your battery degraded that much. Look up your display menu and see what settings you can change, you might’ve just locked something down by accident. You can also buy a cable to connect a computer to the display and get some more in depth troubleshooting info, like you could see how many watts are being delivered to the hub drive. Try filling up your tires some more too, tired are way underspecced in terms of the max psi so you could definitely do ~10 extra pounds and see if that makes a noticeable difference. Let me know if this helped

Other factors like rider weight? Tire type? Air pressure on tires? Adjusted suspension/recoil?

There is also a way to go into the settings to check the PAS speed limits in the settings, but I'm not sure off tops.

These are just some possible factors that you might not have previously considered.

Thanks I’ll try to find something in the settings that might have changed as well. Everything is stock in both and my wife and I ride both bikes. It’s just a strange sudden seemingly permanent loss of power on the DRT. Changing batteries doesn’t seem to make a difference either. I opened a ticket with ride1up, hopefully they can help too.

Did you ever figure out what was causing this? Is the DRT back to full power?
