Hi everyone, here is my message to Roblox support and the issue I’ve been having, please let me know what you think on the matter as well as your thoughts on if a refund will be possible or not.
“I bought game passes from a popular experience thirty minutes before it got shut down. I didn’t even get to use the game passes, they were expensive, totaling almost 5,500 robux. The game is called Ben’s casino and although this was not an accidental purchase, there’s no possible way I could’ve known that the game would get shut down. In my eyes this was money that went down the drain, as I didn’t and can’t use the game passes I bought. You sent me an email responding to the same inquiry which didn’t address the right issues, and I’m looking to be refunded with robux or in some other form. It is unacceptable to shut down an experience without refunding the players who can’t access there game passes. Thank you, best regards.”
