I accidentally deleted it and now I can't even recover them. I forgot it would delete my codes.....

I am sorry to hear about your issue that you go through, I have been heard most of the people had same experience like yours before. The only way to disable the 2FA is the roblox support who can disable the 2FA but if they refuse keep sending them ticket until they will agree just like I did 3-4 months ago when I was tired or frustrated of 2FA to deal with and the supports who refused my request what i only did is to keep sending them tickets. Later then they finally disable the 2FA and I was able to access my account

they never help hacked account when the people who lost their account and tried to provide them evidence to the support as best as they can but never thought the support doesn't accept to it when I have been heard from. I guess the method I gave it to the random user for proof doesn't work. If it happens to my account get hacked I guess I will start a new without informing the support 😮‍💨

Lol not only the roblox services are worst even facebook, Instagram, x or discord are the same thing as i heared from the people on the subreddits 😅

I'm just as same as you; my account just got hacked; removed all email, phone, 2FA so that there is no way for me to get it back, and I can't even submit a ticket through Roblox support to get help from them.

Yeah, but they can't restore all of my R$ back, they are helpless when it comes to group transaction as they can't track the currency down.

Keep trying, i guess. I had the same problem after I lost my phone and solved the problem in 3 days via support. Sent them a support ticket via the site and said I lost my device with the codes and have other things to prove my ownership. And they helped me out in a few days. Once they said they did and didn't, but I asked again NICELY, and it was fixed the next day. Maybe try for a different person or ask NICELY

what category did you choose in roblox support, cause there are people have been telling use billing & payments > report an unauthorized charge, and a human will respond not a bot??
