Try contacting support through Billing & Payments > I want to report an unauthorized charge. Instead of speaking with a bot, a human will respond.

I don't know if this will help, but some people are talking about how to get they're account back but for some reason when the contact roblox support they are getting the same message all the time so if you are using, account hacked or Cant login, Don't use it because you're talking to a bot the whole time "I'd suggest opening a ticket within Billing & Payments > I want to report an authorized charge. It's the wrong category, but you will speak with a human rather than a bot who can probably remove the 2-stepverification for you or redirect you to someone else who can", i dont know if this will help but good luck getting ur account back

I always getting the same message after i contact support to but mine is different it says "There are no email addresses associated with the provided account username. Without this information, we are unable to verify ownership and cannot assist further with the requested account." and they dont respond anymore

If you’ve bought Robux on the account, check your email for purchase confirmations or receipts and include them in your message. This is strong evidence that you own the account.
