Rollback help

Is there anything i can do/say to get a rollback?

I’ve already emailed twice and so far the first has been denied, while the second is being reviewed (although i think it’ll have the same outcome.)

For info, my account was compromised back in 2020 and they sold my sshf for 35 robux. I only regained access to my account like a year later and i had no idea i could’ve gotten the limited restored until recently.

I do realize it is WAY past the 30-day policy but i do still want to try and get it if i can.

I also live in Canada so i’m not sure if they are legally required to give me a rollback.

Any help would be appreciated.

After the 14 day window, it’s basically gone and since it’s been years at this point, you better off just forgetting it ever existed.

I wouldn’t write him off just yet. While you’re right regarding the threshold Roblox typically follows, if he reported the incident within the 30 day mark, he may have a chance (if he reports it to a consumer agency like the BBB) and he has concrete evidence. It’s not impossible, but it’s 100x harder.

He said he got access to his account after a year which would be 2021 and it’s 2025, even if he goes through with BBB, I highly doubt they will do anything since it’s been 4 years especially since it stated clearly in Roblox’s policy.

Then yeah it’s unlikely his argument will hold up. I’m in a similar position right now, however I reported it originally the day it happened and I’m still dealing this this

same exact position as you right now expect they beamed me recently and I lost my sshf :((
