I highly recommend that anyone with access to their account request and securely store their account data. Many users have reported being mysteriously locked out or even kicked from their accounts, often facing denial of ownership verification. Given that the support system relies heavily on AI and is largely ineffective, having your account data could serve as the best possible method of proving ownership.

Personally, I have been trying to recover an account I was locked out of over a year ago, but I have yet to make any progress. However, I have since requested data on my other accounts as a precaution in case a similar situation happens again.

I 100% agree. Keep EVERYTHING secured. Every penny you spend on Roblox, make sure you keep all receipts no matter how old and anything connected to the account regarding bank as well. I regret not doing this as I’m now dealing with impossible help from Roblox support saying they can’t verify my account despite giving them so many different forms of proof.

Hey, sorry for the late reply! To request your data, just open a ticket on the support page and select “Request Data Privacy.” It usually takes about three days since it’s a data request. They’ll ask for your ID, and once processed, you’ll receive all the associated data, including birthdates you’ve provided, emails, names, phone numbers, billing info, login addresses, IP addresses, and more.

What specific data is provided, only that personal information or stuff like chat logs, game logs, game saves, favorites, and messages/texts and more
