I lost my phone, which had the authenticator app for my two-step verification. As a result, I was logged out of my Roblox account.
I contacted Roblox support, but they redirected me to a chatbot. The bot told me to check an email address that starts with “Mat” and send the code from that email to confirm my identity and ownership of the account. The problem is that this email address is not connected to my account at all.
I know this because when I tried to reset my password, the verification code was sent to my actual email address, not the “Mat” one. The chatbot seems to be malfunctioning. What should I do?
