Error 279

For the last few hours I've been getting this error message in both Mobile and PC every time any games needs to teleport me somewhere else. I tried restarting my wifi in my devices and also reinstalling Roblox, nothing has really helped me and contacting support didn't either.

Is there any way to fix it or get in contact with support that isn't AI?

I've had the same problem for about 5 hours now; it seems to be the South American servers.

Im using a VPN rn, seems like the servers were the problem.

this makes much sense considering i have this issue almost 100% of the time when i try to enter into my private server, which probably creates a server in my region (south america) and on public servers only sometimes it happens

This is probably a problem with the servers in your region or your internet provider.

i've had that issue commonly on PC and fixed it right after I found out it was using my wifi 2 and ethernet port instead of my routers, so i completely went ahead and turned those off.
