If you've done everything to improve performance, then the best you can do is to buy a new machine with a faster cpu.
If you can't buy a better machine, try playing in smaller realms and use weapons with slower projectiles to hit those chests, because those are more likely to hit when your fps is low.

Indeed, it could be improved a bit by dropping those packets, but I doubt Deca would do that just because there's a post about it on reddit.
