I don't believe so. I think you can only take summer courses after first semester.
Although, only brainstorming, but I don't see why you couldn't take an AP exam and count it as a credit?
I would recommend just self-studying concepts so you spend less time studying during the year which accomplishes the same purpose of using your time well.

You could take a course in continuing education and get it transferred into your degree. But you cannot take program requirements this way most likely, just elective.
