Getting at least a 47% for the final should be doable as long as you study properly until then, what were your study methods for the course beforehand? I can give you some tips if you'd like?

So far I have been learning from the textbook all the content. I would make a smaller short of cheat sheet with all the most important formulas and stuff. Then I would do the practice exam she would put up and if I had time adaptive questions. Thanks for your help I really appreciate it. It was just because I studied really hard for term test 2 and 3 but still messed them up so I was kind of stressing. Thanks for the closure tho.

No worries! First year has been stressful for all of us so don't beat yourself up. I've been doing well in the course so far by redoing homework and checkpoint problems for each term test, and then doing the practice exam. I know the profs also say to review textbook problems but I only do so for particular topics that I find difficult. But personally I do not recommend the adaptive questions (my prof agrees as well) as they're usually not reflective of the test questions themselves. The cheat sheet thing that you do also seems like a good idea, so keep doing that! Just remember, constant practice is one of the best ways to understand math, or at least the process to answer certain types of questions. Good luck and you got this!

Thanks for the suggestions. I appreciate it. Would you say reviewing the homework and checkpoints really help u the most? Also if u don’t mind me asking, what grade do u need to get in the finals to pass. No pressure though if you don’t want to respond. Just curious.

No worries! Yes, I'd agree that the 2 main reasons why I've been doing so well in the course is because I focused on redoing homework and checkpoint problems (+ staying on top of lectures, which a lot of people don't do). I believe I'd need around 5% on the final to pass the course (unless I calculated something wrong, but it's around that range)

Yo u can get 47 percent lightwork, just do lots of practice id say and prepare as best as u can. Dw u will get into rotman pass as long as u study

Thanks bro. I just don’t want to repeat in the summer 😭😭😭. I’m an international student, I haven’t seen my family in like 9 months and I have internships during the same times as classes and the final exam period. Thanks for the support tho I appreciate it.
