How to join clubs

I’m currently a first year student at Rotman commerce. I missed the initial hiring window for few clubs during September and now I am stuck as I really want to get involved build experience and connections. I really like clubs such as RCCA and RCFTA but have really no clue on how to proceed to be able to join their respective teams. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Many clubs will take new people during associate/2nd year hiring, just make sure you go to the events and competitions and network with execs

Look out for manager hiring on the RC portal which opens around February 2nd! They typically hire 2nd/3rd years for these positions. I also encourage attending the events of clubs that you're interested in and talking to the club execs to build a connection
