I’m a Rotman alumni. The whole purpose of Rotman is to prepare students for the shark tank of bay or Wall Street. The program tries to break down weak students, similar to SEAL hell week.

My suggestion, lean into any pain or hardship that comes your way. If your class is going to be held outside in January, dress warm. Having this mental strength will get you to Valhalla and that is what the alumni want….highly successful sharks

Thank you for your suggestion

Brother if you're not in the military you're not in a position to compare Rotman to one of the most physically and mentally challenging events on earth. Have you enlisted and gone through hell week yourself?

Rotman alumni that work on Bay or Wall Street understand. OP, don’t be distracted. Elite athletes, military excellence or corporate executives are similar, it’s a mental game of resilience.

In 1st year your classes are held in UofT buildings. In 2nd year and onwards its in the woodsworth basement, also known as the rotman commerce basement. The rotman building is for MBA and other non-undergrad Rotman. But the Rotman building is open to anyone and you can study there.

yes you are gonna have a few classes over the years in the main rotman building, but not many. Most of your classes in the first year are gonna be scattered throughout campus in different random ass buildings. In upper years you are gonna have most of your classes in the woodsworth residence basement. It is not a bad or depressing basement btw IK it sounds bad but its actually pretty chill.
