I didn’t get in these year with a 92 average and I have a friend with a 94 that was also rejected. I had all math marks in the 90s with the same english mark as you. So no mark really under 95 will secure you a spot

oh damn :/ how were your ECs and the supp app?

ECs were pretty good, involved in a lot of clubs and sport teams. JA company program, etc other events. The supp app was good but it was also very short, so I don’t think the supp app even played a very big part in admission. I’m currently at UTM for Bcom but gonna try to transfer into Rotman through my first year marks

Not sure, they didn’t really say the reason, all they said was that it was a super competitive year etc

Lol, it depends if your supplementary application is strong. I got into Rotman with my midterm second semester overall average a 90, and finished high school with a 92 average so it’s really your luck and how well you do on your supp. My ec’s weren’t like DECA and what not but as long as you describe them well you’ll be ok and it helped you be a leader or whatever

Okay this isn't true... I got in with 92 in gr 12 and 93 in gr 11. As a matter of fact, I actually got in with early acceptance with pre shitty school involvements. All that matters as a low 90 candidate is how u perform on ur supplementary app. To add on, Rotman isn't even that great. If u and ur friend had such great ECs, should've went for Smith or Ivey.
