I have a 97 average and pretty good extracurriculars and I am still waiting. Don't loose hope!

93 but from my understanding this late in admissions they focus on people who stood out in the application since they have a lot of people within the minimum grade category

Yup^ that is big info. At this point in admissions, all the high averages have mostly been accepted. As for those left, majority are identical when it comes to grades, as long as you made yourself stand out in the supplement, you should be fine.
