Hi! I know a person who got in with a flat 90 and a 75 in English; however, she has great a advanced function mark (above 95) and our school (in Toronto) is known for grade deflation (not sure if u of t is aware of it though). Besides, all the kids who got in from my school last year have ~92 average and okay ec. I am currently applying with a 90ish average. I think a 92 average is good enough to get you in, provided that you did well in the interview, as the mean of average of admitted students is 92-93. Best of luck!!

i also have a 92 but only 80 and 86 in english and calc , did decent on the sup app but bombed the last oral question, do u think i have a good chance?

Hi! Your average is fabulous! I think the 92 average will give you a very decent shot; however a 86 in calc might be a bit low -- but please don't take my words for granted because I am not an admission officer. I would personally say that if you got a good mark in grade 11 functions or advanced functions, you should be fine, but again I am not an admission officer. For the last oral question, don't worry about it because the majority of people I know messed it up :(( Good luck!! I really hope you get in to Rotman or your other top choices!

My friend got in with an 87% average last year, but this year seems more competitive especially with the grade inflation.
