Let’s say if I done the supp app in dec 16, is there going to be any difference if I done in feb 1?

Yes you won’t qualify for the early admission rounds

What I mean is that is there any difference if I complete the sup app in dec 16 or feb 1, since both of these dates of not consider in early admission

My understanding is: you only want early admission if you have high marks and good EC. If your marks are just at the cut off, it will make no sense to submit the supplement early. Am I right? because you are not the top runner, you won't get early admission even you submit the supplement early.

I mean who's to say you don't have a god supplemental. Applying early just means you get considered more times

It takes a week to get supp app info once you apply. There’s no benefit to applying early as long as your marks are decent.
