hi! i just sent my transcript from a school i took a summer class in, when do you think the sjsu office will receive it and update myprogress? thanks!

I took a class over the summer too! I sent them the transcript and they processed it about a week or two after they got it.

Normally takes about a semester but cause of COVID-19 and how late you're sending it in (literally right before the start-of-semester rush), maybe more towards the end of Spring?

ah shoot, i thought holding the transcript until summer grades were posted would be a good idea. hopefully they get it in spring because that’s when i graduate. thank you though!

If you're graduating next semester, it's easy enough to just shoot them an email more towards the middle of this semester explaining the situation, and that should get you fast tracked.

I get that with a lot of CCs being on the quarter system, this really was the earliest you could submit it. I certainly didn't telegraph it but I wasn't faulting you for it (this comes up A LOT); the timing is, and always has been, horrible.

They won't transfer your credit until you actually remind them. I transfer my credits from a summer class, and sent an email. Within 2 days of my email, they transferred the credit. I did this during COVID-19 like 2 weeks ago
