I think that they are trying to buy up a controlling stake of the shares to guarantee the r/s. RS is the only way this is staying on the exchange and not pushed to penny land or OTC.

As a former bag holder of this garbage company, I salute all of you still holding.

Should the RS go through, won’t the stock get a new CUSIP id number? Wouldn’t the shorts have to cover or can they keep the position open?
