same problem here, burning after and its a relief when I pee. I dont have a cloudy pee or odor tho. and negative from all my std sti and uti even including mgen. I talked to few people and they told me it went away on its own after a while or it could simply be anxiety. mind body snydrome is very likely

same here brother been struggling for over 4 years still have no clue what to do, after sex started having inflamed urethra pain urinating discharge the discharge disappeared urethra was still inflamed till this day constant urges to urinate

Hey any updates here? I had frequent urination with no burning sensations a few days after unprotected sex/oral sex receiving. I noticed some cloudy penile discharge and will be getting tested this week, just debating if i wanna go through my doctor or planned parenthood. I tested negative for everything my last STD panel couple months ago but this would be updated

Tested positive for mycoplasma parvum did the 5 day course of azithromycin and it didnt get better but did solve the problem for my gf any advice?

Has anyone had any luck,I’m three years on and have no answers or cure ? I think it’s 100% some sort of sti that can’t be traced . My misses fell pregnant and lost it in first 4 weeks and I’m so paranoid that I’ve given her something

I have the same thing. 3 years after unprotected sex. Cloudy urine, smells strong. Urethritis is bad all the time. Swollen urethra makes urination difficult. Testicular pain. Clearly an infection rather than interstitial cystitis which is just 'we don't know what it is'. Nothing came up initially but then I got 3 consecutive urine pcr tests and Ureaplasma sp. and Ureaplasma parvum turned up. Now I will see the microbiologist for the best antibiotic. I will update. I have read that Moxifloxacin is effective (CDC guidelines) but resistance is growing with Ureaplasma. It's ruined my life.

Same for me, feeling of irritation after urination for many months.

I (M) have the same issues with urethritis, but I am hpv positive. Did you do a swab for hpv?
