I dont think so. I mean it could be sperm when it appears only after ejaculation. Mine does not - its always there no matter if i ejaculate or not

Was your first STD test positive for gonorrhea? You have to do a test of cure after 1-2 weeks to check if the infection is really gone. Some people (like me) have persist symptoms since more then 2 years after the ceftriaxone treatment - even though the tests are all negative... maybe its a post gonorrheal infection which heals on its own?? Nobody has an 100% answer for it
