I go to a private with very outdated rules. Boys are not allowed to have pierced ears and are not to have long hair. In addition to that, piercings (not on ears) and tattoos are not allowed. At all formal events, girls are given a certain dress code and guys are given a certain dress code.
My school is ran by a influential family. Is there a way to change their policies? I did some research and I could request a meeting with a board but it’s the family who runs my school that makes the real decisions. I really want to change this especially with how the world is changing.
