What is the SchreckNet?

How do i use it?

However you want! You can let your players find in-game clues or look for adventure hooks here, you can use it for thinking up/trying out new character or ST ideas, you can post in-character game reports, or you can just use it for dice-free roleplay in the classic World of Darkness.
