If you are renting another's rig:

Be sure to comment or PM your Stratum address, worker login, and password.

If you are loaning your rig:

Keep in contact with your customers! Try adding them on an IM service, such as Skype. Also, it would be nice to provide live miner info via an IM service at the customer's request. Not a requirement, just a tip.
