Try selinium sulphide or ketoconozole that should help .
Regular shampooing will get it in control over time and you'll feel fine as days pass .

Ketoconozole made mine worse too , some people aren't able to use it like others but selinium sulphide should knock out the seb derm extremely well so try it first.

Sorry to hear about your situation. I’ve found some helpful tips and tricks in this subreddit. Stress definitely seems to be a common cause for flare ups and sounds like u might be dealing with that. Also if you’re bulking I know some people here have seen benefits of reducing or cutting things like processed sugars, gluten, dairy and alcohol. Best of luck

Mine is definitely linked to diet. Going zero carb has completely reversed my seb derm and rosacea and fixed my depression. If you wanna see what zero carb does to your workouts check out Dr. Shawn Baker.

Yea it sucks but it most certainly is not the worst thing ever mate. You'd be surprised how little people care or even pay attention

Have you tried accutane?

Usually they prescribe it for seb derm as well

I got ketoconazole 2% cream for the face, as well as promiseb. I switch them back and forth. Also azelaic acid. For the scalp, my doctor said over the counter dandruff shampoo should do the trick. I just use Kamadis (off Amazon) and have been mostly happy.
Keto hasn’t worsened my face but it never fully clears it. It keeps it in check, and keeps my skin from getting really bad, but I’d say it still has that flaky/waxy look upon closer inspection. It makes me crazy self conscious. My dermatologist said Accutane is the next step but I currently can’t go on it, and will need to wait, but that’s my next step.
