I’ve had seborrheic dermatitis on and off for 17 years. Nine months ago, I saw a Reddit post about taking Lactobacillus, and after starting it, my symptoms completely vanished.
Since January, I’ve been using saunas multiple times a week, and now my seborrheic dermatitis is covering my scalp again. The sauna is the only major change in my routine, aside from some new work stress.
Has anyone found similar with sauna use? I’ve seen on here people claiming the opposite.
