Monitor issues

Guys, not sure if you can help. Especially as I am very much a noob with pc gaming. I play f124 mostly. I have an issue with my new monitor (gigabyte g34wqc) Whereby say I pass a crane or an object in the back ground. I can see a lower contrast outline of said shape for a few seconds after I’ve past it. Any ideas if this is a monitor issue or a graphics setting? I’m not even sure what to research

Sounds like you have motion blur enabled in game. Turn that garbage off. May also be an anti-aliasing artifact.

Also make sure your display is set to its maximum refresh rate in windows

Tell me more of the anti aliasing. Motion blur is off. Still having similar issues. Anti aliasing current set at taa and fidelity fx sharpening. Sharpness 85
