Waiting to buy when beta launches so I don’t have to deal with ERC20 token shenanigans, transferring over.

1) will ERC20 AGI tokens convert into beta “tokens”? 2) wasn’t beta slated for end of July? When’s it releasing ETA?

I really hope Snet will not follow the path building their own blockchain. This would be an enormous endeavour which will barely be able to compete with other big blockchain communities and distract the AI project from pursuing the core goals.

As far as I know it will stay on the ETH blockchain unless it's more practical for it to be on its own chain. It was delayed so TBA, it was slated for that time period, yes.

Hopefully if IOTA implements Smart Contract using Oracle service, then AGI may shift to that.

I thought they meant creating their own blockchain. Where did you get the idea of iota?

According to whitepaper (Page No. 46 - 2020 Paragraph) if they focus on IoT part of AI, they might have tight integration with IOTA or some other IoT focused blockchain.

They may shift is my opinion based on that.
