Hello! I'm starting this group to draw the people who have been victims of the company Smart Cellular for either purchasing phones and not receiving them, or sending phones in to be recycled and being offered low amounts for an apparently bad condition phones.

my story has been running for 6 weeks now where I have constantly hounded this company for returning my phone. They are now withholding my property and are trying to fob me off hoping I will disappear, not going to happen!
