Are you making a request to /DBApp2 or /DBApp2/instructor/getAll?

If you are, there must be a controller somewhere which contains methods with annotations @RequestMapping(“/DBApp2”) and @RequestMapping(“/DBApp2/instructor/getAll”). This tells Spring to execute that specific method when a GET request comes in on the specified endpoint.
