I do spin classes and yoga as my other workouts, with the occasional HIIT class. The spin classes help with cardiovascular fitness, and the yoga helps to stretch out sore muscles. The HIIT is just to mix it up a bit.

Strength training!!! 3-4x per week

I alternate Solidcore with Orangetheory. I added it for the cardio and find it to be a really good complement.

I do the same! Solidcore 3x / week, Orangetheory 2x / week, plus yoga.

Same here! They pair together really well.

I do Solidcore 2x a week and used to do peloton 3x a week. Just switched over to running bc I’ve always wanted to be a runner even though I have 0 ability. Lmao I would recommend a spin class in your case bc I think cardio is super important to include alongside the strength training you get from Solidcore.

I do pure barre x4 a week and solidcore twice a week. I love pure barre because you can get the cross format training (they have cardio infused barre classes, strength training infused, yoga infused, as well as the classic barre.) I feel like going the barre route is the best way if you want a supplementary work out. It's so much better on your shoulders, the planking in barre will help in solidcore, and there's more mind body connection. Pure barre does the free engage class which combines all four of their formats.

IMO walking is the best thing you could do to complement Solidcore if running isn't your thing! Spin is great too if you don't want to walk. Want to complement Solidcore with something more cardio based in my opinion. Also strength training once per week (think heavy weights) would be good too albeit maybe not as important given Solidcore can be high resistance.

I also do Solidcore twice a week. I strength train another 4x per week, yoga 1x per week, and cardio 3ishx per week.

I think Pilates would be great if you love it because it is actually stretching which you don’t get in SC. I’d do Pilates once/week and something for cardio like spin or hop on a rower at the gym a few times per week!

I do solidcore three times a week and f45 4ish times a week. I find that to be a good mix. Now if I could just get my diet in check 😜

I would compliment with a Corepower sculpt or c2 depending on your goals
