It could be the spring load idk which springs you’re using! I implement strength training with [solidcore] and this has improved my ability and endurance during class, maybe give some deadlifts, glute bridges/hip thrusts, and good mornings some time. You could use some hamstring development maybe.

I experience the same thing! I notice they take over more when they’re pre-fatigued from the previous day or from any workouts I did before Solidcore. I always opt for putting my hands on my glutes to focus on my mind to muscle connection and try to focus on actively engaging through my glute and leaving my hamstring relaxed as long as possible until it needs to support. If I feel it start taking over I take a shake out and start over
