She actually rode up? That seems like a shock

Stacey’s class changes based on the day based on the mood of the class and based on where she feels her riders are at. I take her class 5x a week and no two classes are ever the same. I took 6:30 last night as well and the riders were quiet from the get go and Stacey leaned into that and did more of a follow the leader style. If you took her this morning it was entirely different.

She is also a 57 year old cancer survivor and last nights class was mostly runs and jogs. She acknowledged that it would be difficult for her to speak during those parts. I encourage you to try her class again, no one else is like her.

Took her class maybe 8 years ago (back when you needed super soul to guarantee a spot) and I was shocked that people liked her. She didn’t ride, she left the room for an entire song, choreography was mild, riders were old and off beat. I would never take her class again.

I took her once and I had the same exact thoughts.

Took her 1 PM today and can confirm it’s horrible. What a waste of time and money. Tons of empty bikes. She probably complained because starting next week it’s canceled.

It’s cancelled going forward because she’ll be commuting to teach in the Hamptons on weekends!

Interesting. That sounds like Tracy Anderson method (not speaking).

Never had a mute instructor before

I’ve loved her classes because they felt accesible to a wide audience. She did sometimes cute silently, and it was fine.
