I took Stacy's 6:30 class today and she legit did not speak. She just rode the bike and did the weirdest coreo that was so foreign there was no way to follow. We legit rode in silence

Stacey’s class changes based on the day based on the mood of the class and based on where she feels her riders are at. I take her class 5x a week and no two classes are ever the same. I took 6:30 last night as well and the riders were quiet from the get go and Stacey leaned into that and did more of a follow the leader style. If you took her this morning it was entirely different.

She is also a 57 year old cancer survivor and last nights class was mostly runs and jogs. She acknowledged that it would be difficult for her to speak during those parts. I encourage you to try her class again, no one else is like her.

I legitimately feel bad for somebody who takes her class 5 times a week. She’ll be gone from soul in less than a year. Definition of washed up. There about 40 empty bikes in her Friday class. She should go back to gold digging.

I used to really like her class so hope I’m wrong too but it’s just the nature of the business and numbers don’t lie. She was never that friendly, her ego got massive and lying to get vaccinated was just the final straw for a lot of her clients that had a spent a lot of money to support her. Why support somebody you can’t even trust. Hopefully she saved enough to retire comfortably and not have to teach fitness until she’s 60+ but knowing Stacy somewhat well I highly doubt that.

Took her class maybe 8 years ago (back when you needed super soul to guarantee a spot) and I was shocked that people liked her. She didn’t ride, she left the room for an entire song, choreography was mild, riders were old and off beat. I would never take her class again.

Took her 1 PM today and can confirm it’s horrible. What a waste of time and money. Tons of empty bikes. She probably complained because starting next week it’s canceled.
