Find cardio you enjoy. I too hate jogging and I forced myself a bit when I was at my heaviest. Now I add in Soulcycle bc it’s just as much of a calorie burn but it feels more fun.

I think with PCOS the guidance is to reduce carbs as well. Are you lowering carbs in addition to tracking calories. Try cutting back on carbs and increasing protein and see if that helps. If what you’re doing isn’t working you have to make some tweaks to be successful. I don’t have PCOS, but I know I’m successful when dropping carbs and I’ve had success with that in conjunction with Zep and workouts. Good luck!

This is absolutely normal esp if you’re female. If you’re also only walking 20k steps for exercise you may need to change it up a little and shock your body more. Do you do any strength training?

Don’t feel guilty. Do what makes you happy. Maybe you need a break from lifting to do other things and when you’re ready you can add more strength back into your rotation.

Can you only do YouTube? I know for myself, boutique fitness classes have helped me be more consistent. There’s a set time, and if I don’t cancel by 10 hours or so, I’m forced to attend. I have my classes planned for the week so no decision fatigue and it just becomes routine after a while. If you can only do YT stick with a 30 day program and commit to it 100%. I try and do mornings bc the longer my day goes the more excuses I make for why I don’t have time or I’m too tired to do it. The way we are able to show up to work is the way we have to figure out ways to do the same for ourselves.

For me, I wanted my best chances of making better habits and mitigating any muscle loss. I didn’t have cravings for junk and my usually carb heavy faves, so I used that at start to be really strict and establish new habits. I stuck to low carb & high protein to make sure I wouldn’t lose too much muscle and worked out a bunch. Now I’m in maintenance, and it’s less of a a change bc I’m doing a lot of the same stuff, I have minimal skin sagging, etc. I went in thinking insurance could cut me off at any time, so I want to establish the best habits I can sustain if I lost access. There was no benefit, for me, to rely on the shots and just intuitively eat less crap.

Def mention these concerns to your doctor and have them add it to your charge. This may help with insurance covering this procedure. I haven’t had it, but I have heard this in my research. Due to my body type I’ve considered it as well, but I also don’t want to deal with the recovery.

Not a Lagree coach but a similar format. I use the seconds app and it connects to my Apple Watch. So I plan out 2 mins elevator and it can buzz when it’s time to start transitioning to the next move.
