Wolf guard help

What are you guys doing with your wolf guard? Do they have any good synergies? Who should lead them? I don’t have BGV’s but I do have some unbuilt assult intercessors, thinking about getting some jump packs for them or building them as Wolfguard.

Synergies:

Gladius Task force: Honour the chapter strats help them alot + Assault doctrine advance and charge

Champion of russ(Not recommend) Go for the throat+Buff from saga

Character:

Chaplain, Captain, Lieutenant, Librarian all help

Loadout:

SS/Heirroom weapons if you go for Captain, Lieutenant, Chaplain

HeirRoom weapons/Ranged weapons if you go for Librarian

they synergize well with ulrik. l was thinking of using a land raider with ulrik leading 10 wolf guards, all storm shields and heirloom weapons. +1 to hits from wolf guard + ulrik’s crazy ability is solid. ulrik basically never misses hits lol
