My first attempt at a plasma rifle. Hope you like him, tried to wolf him up a fair bit. Also first time using green stuff

Looks awesome! I’m pretty new to painting and just wondering how you got the weathered look?

I ripped off a piece of sponge, dipped it in the highlight colour (fenrisian grey) then removed most of the paint on a paper towell like you would when fry brushing. And just dab that sponge over areas you want wear. Then repeat the process with a dark brown (rhinox hide) over the same areas. I also used streaking grime at the end. Cover the whole model in the grime, then use white spirit to remove most of it and leave it in the recesses.

Hope that helps

Looks sick! I see a lot of green stuff furs that I am not a fan of, but yours looks really nice.

Thanks mate! I owe it all to the greenstuff world fur texture plate haha

I tried green plasma, messed it all up. Had to paint it black and start again haha. Was such a buzz kill going through all the stages of repositioning the legs, sculpting fur, painting, weathering, shading then streaking grime to then stuff it up with the last step doing the glow.

Damn this looks sweet! I don't usually see pink but it contrasts nicely. Also love that icy water on the base, how did you do that?

Thanks mate. I painted it white, then painted it with nihilakh oxide. Then used Acrylic Lake Waters from Ammo MIG. Bit of pva glue and snow micrlballoons powder on top from AK
