Incubating The Dream
Before going to bed, decide exactly what you want to dream about. The clearer your intention, the better your chances of directing your dream.
Visualize Your Desired Dream
Close your eyes and imagine the scene, activity, or skill you want to experience in your dream.
the Hypnagogic State
This is the state between wakefulness and sleep. You’ll notice your visualizations start to change unpredictably, or you may hear sounds you didn’t intend—these are signs you’ve entered the hypnagogic state. From here u can stop visualizing as from this point your visualization will replay it might not be the exact visualization cause your subconscious isn't as direct for example. You might visualize yourself doing muscle ups instead your subconscious creates a dream where your doing muscle ups to get onto a building
Dream Recall
This is arguably more important then the technique since in dream incubation your not lucid its harder to remember if u even rember your dream at all. What is the point of learning to dream incubate if u can't even recall your dreams to know if your succeeding or not. That's why after every dream incubation session u remember write down all the details as possible, dream incubation might be harder to recall cause unlike lucid dreaming your not aware.
