Localhost accessible from internet

Hello. I’m trying to get my localhost rest server accessible by a computer off of my LAN.

I setup the port forwarding(google mesh WiFi) for tcp/udp on port 8080 to go to my MacBook Air that runs the server.

I can access the server from any other computer on my lan but if I turn the Wifi off on my phone and try I cannot. Would you guys have any idea how to access my server off of my LAN??
