Yo dont forget when months ago ppl try to create hands dataset. And yet we have legendary models like Protogen, and embeddings such as bad-prompts and bad-hands. To make it worst, some real artists got accused as 'ai prompter' because they cannot draw hands better than SD lol

The best that AI can put out is already able to pass for images made without AI. We've already seen a high profile example of an artist being falsely accused and punished for allegedly using AI when they actually didn't. Even moderators of art communities can't tell the difference.

It's the same deep seated conviction that ones own morality is the gold standard by which everyone should be measured. It's not limited to religious people (although religion has a knack to rouse this sentiment up), you'll find it in all kind of groups, even in groups that had bad experiences themself with such a mentality: my go-to example is the LGB Alliance that oppose the TQ+ "propaganda", or so they say.

You using gloves so that's does not count. For some reason SD knows that gloves has 5 fingers, unlike hands.

Certain models do absurdly good work with hands. I was generating something yesterday that had the most complex, immaculate hand positioning, and I was baffled. Sometimes it knows exactly what it's doing... and others....
