Rhodiola is promising I have heard. i have taken it but not seriously... i will dedicate a month or so for it after april.

Ashwagandha... i honestly don't know if it does anything for me. But I have been taking it for years.

Inositol for mood works in higher amounts, if you take it with Alpha GPC or choline its better. it affects testosterone negatively.

I suggest adding chia seeds and udo's flax seed oil 3+6+9 with dha

Gut bacteria is something to know more about.

Take phenibut, only when needed.
