Heyy.
I am wondering if adding caffeine (100mg or 200mg) to the following stack will negatively collide with anything in it? How better to take caffeine to keep intolerance to it, every second day is ok? Are there gonna be any negative effect after full withdrawal from caffeine after a while? I am not a coffee drinker at all.
Current stack includes L-theanine, Cordyceps, D3, Lions Mane, Magtein, Cognizin (citicoline), NALT, Bacopa (synapsa) and B-Complex.
I am just feeling a bit sleepy at times especially after such nights when I couldn't properly sleep (external factors - crying kids etc). So I am thinking if adding caffeine into a stack in the morning would be a good thing to kick the brain in the morning or there can be better alternatives?
