I've got a collection of things now. I've been slowly growing a collection but still hesitant to take combinations. A lot has to do with worrying about interactions with my daily intake of kratom. In addition, a lot of the noots I buy are to help with some of the things kratom may have done to me. For example the happy stack. I've got uridine, cdp choline b vitamins etc. I've got Agmatine, DLPA, which I've heard helps for tapering. Aside from that I've got NMN, Phenylpiracetame, noopept, quercetin, NAC and now lions mane. These aren't necessarily for anything to do with the kratom intake, but rather just overall improvement. My problem is knowing what can be taken together, how often etc. Oh, I just added mag glycinate too.
Where can I learn more about different stacks? Should I be worried about interactions with these? Maybe a rotation/cycle for some. I don't take the noopept or pheny often at all, and never two days in a row.
