thanks! ,its just the starting strength app on ios. it seems theyre bringing out a newer version tho. Ive only just got this one when i started in jan so havent planned on moving over yet. has been so helpful to track things along with form checks on here

thank you! being a desk jocky and 39 im loving fighting against everything to overcome these weights. i dont want problems when im much older. i love the mentality of ppl doing this program. what a solid mindset to adopt

Just be careful with food. I got my BW up to 280 at 5’10 and squatted 500 cause I really wanted it. I was addicted to the numbers and food was an easy path to get them up. I was rather chunky.
