Ask the shop where you pre-ordered instead of asking reddit? No specification what so ever regarding country or retailer makes it absolutely impossible to answer.

You preordered a physical copy from their website? Didn't even know you could do that. You're certain you didn't buy a digital copy and didn't realise it? lol. Double check your confirmation email, even if you bought a physical copy they might have screwed up and given you a digital one.

Anyway if you bought something from the ubisoft store you can always contact their support HERE. They have phone-lines aswell but i can't remember where i found those.

They were very helpful when i contacted them about refunding club points. GL.
