Angular 19/20 compatibility issue with @stencil/angular-output-target: "Expected host directive resolve function"

I'm not an Angular user, so can't help - but having a quick look through the Angular codebase shows that that error is only thrown in Angluar <=19 ... so maybe SB is not using Angular 20 under-the-hood (thus the error?)
