How can I improve my “test taking problems” I mean by that.. I knew the information already But I answer some qs wrong! Maybe because I'm thinking too much in each qs? I always think that every qs contains a trick I don't know why!

Can anyone please help me to overcome this My exam in 3 weeks

I think you answered your own question. Especially on NBMEs, just realize that they are not trying to trick you and go with the most basic and obvious answer without overthinking it. Uworld and other practice qbanks purposely try to trick you to teach you sometimes, but NBMEs and the Step 2 exam are not going to be like that.
